He’s nice, I mean, I don’t know a whole lot about him, but he seems like a nice enough person. He’s doing really well in Glee club and has a very good voice. ~~And he’s pretty cute.~~

Have you ever used a Ouiji board? I think that’s how you spell it. Those are freaky. Oh, the Columbus house. I dunno, I only just transferred here a couple years ago so I guess I haven’t had the chance to go. I mean, what if the ghosts nabbed you and they never saw you again? I know that the ones in Sixth Sense were cool but I don’t think every ghost is like ‘em.

I do too, but I’d make like individual storms on the people who are mean to me, making it hail and stuff on them when they are mean to people. I don’t tan, I burn, but I do like sunny weather, I’m a big fan of fall though, so I like the sunny cool days. Gambit was awesome.

No, I’ve never tried a Ouija board before, my mom is like super paranoid about that stuff, and she saw Paranormal Activity and when the Ouija board set itself on fire, she’s been dead set against them since. Yeah, I heard a couple of kids in my English class talk about it, then I looked it up online, apparently, it’s super haunted. Blaine and I took the drive there, but we didn’t go inside, we both got a creepy feeling just standing outside of it. I don’t know if that could actually happen, but if I did, no one aside from Blaine, Unique, and my mom would really notice I was gone. Well, it depends on the energy of the soul in the house. Some are too angry to move on and some just don’t want to move on.

Really? I wanted to be Shadowcat. Like, imagine how much faster you could get places if you just walked on through. And then she could also mess with electricity. So if I was pissed at someone I’d totally have their phone die during a good game of Temple Run.

I believe in ghosts. And aliens, and most of that other stuff people believe in. It’s kinda crazy to me to think we’re all alone in the universe. You got a haunted house in mind? I didn’t know there were any in Lima.

Yeah, because she could control all weather and stuff, It just seems like it’d be a really cool power to have. That would be pretty cool too, or something like Gambit so you could just screw with people too, and win all their money.

It’s a shame. ‘Cause it was like X-Men, only kinda more real-life based, and I loved that. That a regular joe could wake up and hear people’s thoughts or slice people’s brains open.

Well, I thought you were a cute nice girl who wasn’t that quiet. Now you’re like a cute nice girl who isn’t that quiet and who likes scary things. This description is getting kinda long and I dunno how to think about you now.

Ugh, I love X-Men, I always wanted to be a mutant when I was little because it seemed so cool, I wanted to have Storms powers, like if I got mad at someone, I could just make it literally rain on them.

Well, I am just interested by it, like I don’t know for sure if the paranormal world is real, but I like to watch things on it. I’d actually like to do a ghost hunt like that too, I think it’d be pretty cool.

I dunno. It’s sorta like Heroes, ever watch that show? You can stop watching it after Season 1 because after that it gets weird and Ando turns on Hiro and it’s all bad.

I really hope Avengers 2 does well. Scarlett Johansson and I have a connection. And I still can’t get over the idea of you watching Ghost Hunters. Don’t tell me you watch Paranormal State too.

Yes, I watched the first season and then for some reason I stopped, probably because it got weird like you said.

I’m sure it will, too many people love the characters and Iron Man pretending to be Robert Downey Jr, pretending to be Iron Man. Why can’t you? No, but I do watch Paranormal Witness and Unsolved Mysteries.

I’ll have to give it another try then, and I’ll keep an open mind about the end of it. I think they are, I mean with the success of the first Avengers, why mess with it? Yes, I do, and I try not to watch it too close when I go to sleep, but I love Grant and I am still not over that he left.

Have you ever seen any Battlestar Galactica? Now that’s a good scifi show. Or like, anything Joss Whedon does. He’s got so much more stuff than the Avengers.

He is kind of mean in the show, but he’s also kind of sassy. Tyler Hoechlin the person is a sweetheart.

I have seen some, but not the entire run of the series. It seems like a really good series. I might try and get into Defiance which is a new show on Syfy, but I already watch Being Human, Haven, and Ghost Hunters. But the Avengers is awesome.

It’s like supernatural scifi, yeah? I usually like that stuff. But not the teen drama stuff that goes with it.

Hoechlin, he plays a Werewolf and he’s so pretty.

Yeah, it has more than just werewolves and such, there are drama elements, but it’s still a good show. I didn’t think I’d like it because of all that, but I actually do. Some parts are really funny.

Ratchet and Clank’s pretty good. Clank kinda annoyed me, though. I feel like he was always getting nabbed or falling off things. I didn’t say you weren’t awesome, I just think that when it comes to video games, you should get a warning.

Clank is a smartass that doesn’t know when to shut up, I hated having to use him in the game for certain things, but he could be pretty cool sometimes. Maybe we’ll have to find that out one day.

You might be good, but you can’t be Sam Evans good. That’s crazy talk. Doesn’t matter what game it is. But my favorite is Final Fantasy VII, even if there’s not really a decent 2-Player mode for that game. So you gotta find something else to teach me.

Locked out of Heaven? That sounds pretty cool. I don’t really go to dances or Proms or that kinda stuff, so I wasn’t there. Wish I coulda seen it.

[It was weird; the more he talked to Marley, the more Sam slipped back into his older, nicer self. Nowadays he didn’t have a ton of time for friends or hanging out - his free time was usually spent working or attempting to get schoolwork done, which was always a struggle for him. But he trusted her enough to be Sam the Nerd in front of her instead of Sam the Jock, even if it was just a little.]

Well, if you’re ever free this week maybe we could just stay late after glee practice and I could show you a few chords.

All of Sam’s (actual) girlfriends had been the all-American, blonde cheerleader types, but he supposed Marley was pretty in an offbeat, girl-next-door sort of way.]

Well, I’ve never had to sing in a studio or anything, so that might be it. I’ve never really sung in front of a crowd like that, but it was fun. I can see why people’d join up. Kinda makes you feel like a rockstar, even if it’s just for a couple minutes.

[Once her cheeks stopped burning from being warm, she looked back at him. Running her fingers through her hair, brushing it out of her eyes. Noticing the way Santana and Brittany were eyeing them, obviously confused as to why Sam was sitting next to her, but she looked away quickly.]

Yeah, it does, it’s a lot of fun during group numbers too, having everyone up there dancing and having fun. If it’s not a performance for a competition, they’re all about letting loose and just singing.
